- Limitation of Liability: eTesLa Technologies LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruptions, or data degradation resulting from server downtime, software modifications, or network adjustments.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
To protect our digital networks and ensure hypervisor environment stability, you strictly agree never to use your hosting accounts or reselling pools for:
- Inbound or outbound DDoS/DoS floods, port scanning, or vulnerability exploits.
- Hosting or transmitting malware, ransomware, phishing templates, or malicious scripts.
- Broadcasting unsolicited bulk digital messaging (SPAM) or managing open mail relays.
- Unregulated cryptocurrency mining operations that damage node computing lines.
4. Privacy Policy & GDPR/US Privacy Compliance
We process personal information to provision automated web systems under strict technical data protection standards.
- Data Collection: We collect your name, billing address, email address, and network IP logs during the checkout process to verify identities and maintain system security.
